Tina did a phenomenal job helping us with everything from our home search to completing the transaction. We moved from Colorado to South Carolina and purchased a home sight unseen. The process was not easy and Tina helped us every step of the way. We began searching for resale homes and Tina went and viewed several for us and sent us videos, she wrote offers and we participated in bidding wars before realizing we should go with a new construction. We put a house under contract in Chapin later to find out would not be completed in time and Tina got our earnest money transferred from that home to another in Newberry. Throughout the process Tina sent us pictures and updates about the property. She helped us find a trusted third party inspector to look over the property, and Tina completed the blue tape walkthrough for us to help ensure we received a beautiful quality home. Not only did she do all that but she helped us with our financing. Overall Tina went above and beyond helping us facilitate our transaction and outlining everything the community has to offer.
